How does the Travel Voucher work?

• Check if you are eligible: This voucher is intended for adults registered in municipalities affected by the October 2024 DANA (National Anti-Dangerous Land Damage).
• Request an appointment: From 10:00 a.m. on May 12th until 10:00 a.m. on November 28th, 2025, you can request an appointment (no electronic signature required).
• Complete your registration: On the day and time of your appointment, log back in to the website to complete your registration (a certificate and electronic signature are required, or you can request assistance from your agency or accommodation provider). You must attach your registration certificate.
• Wait for your promotional code: After verification, you will receive a code by email.
• Book at Poseidon Hotels: Once you have your code, you have 10 business days to make your reservation for at least two nights at Hotel Restaurant Alahuar, Hotel Poseidon Resort, Hotel Poseidon Playa, or Hotel La Estación. It is essential that you provide your Travel Voucher code when making your reservation.
• Enjoy your stay: Plan your trip between May 26 and December 22, 2025.
