Our free transfer service from the Alicante RENFE Station for reservations made on our website and with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Please note that this service is free for reservations made through our Website or Call Center. We have limited places so it is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
 

🕗 Times and dates


- Beaches of Guardamar and Beaches of Torrevieja:
Discover the coast with Poseidon Hotels and have a vacation on the beach away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Mondays and Thursdays from 03/20 to 06/05. From June 5 every day except Wednesdays and Sundays.

- Our hotels in Benidorm (Poseidon Resort, La Estación and Poseidon Playa):
Get to know the waters of the Mediterranean with Poseidon Hotels and without any worry about parking or mobility. Transfer availability from April to October inclusive: every day except Wednesdays and Sundays. And from November to March inclusive: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (there are no Wednesdays).


Taking into account the schedule, dates and conditions, in addition to availability, the steps to follow would be the following:

1. Send an email to traslados@hotelesposeidon.com with:
- Full name, date and train times.
- Hotel accommodation.
- Number of people (indicate age of children).
- Contact mobile phone.

2. Confirmation: Once availability is verified, our transfer department will send you confirmation of the transfer via email. Carry the printed confirmation with you or on your cell phone to show the driver.

3. Our driver is uniformed and carries a Poseidon Hotels sign. It is placed in front of the train exit.

4. In case of any incident, contact the driver directly. His phone number appears on the transfer voucher.


Remember that free transfers have to be reserved subject to availability of dates and there are limited places. Don't forget that it is a service with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

This service is subject to traffic conditions and the punctuality of the trains. The hotel is not responsible for possible delays or loss of connection with other means of transport.
