SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
At Poseidon Hotels, we firmly assume the commitment to the 2030 Agenda, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its 169 goals, contributing to sustainable development and maximizing the positive impacts that our organization generates in society, the economy and the natural environment.
We are committed to implementing sustainable practices in all our hotels, acting on the three fundamental pillars: environmental, social and economic, as follows:
• Environmental Sustainability: We will reduce our environmental impact by implementing measures to reduce energy and water consumption, the use of sustainable materials, proper waste management and the promotion of sustainable mobility practices. Additionally, we will strive to promote environmental awareness among guests and employees.
• Social Sustainability: We will guarantee respect for human rights, including the right to decent work, non-discrimination, equal opportunities, respect for cultural diversity and the promotion of the local community. We will encourage inclusion and employee participation in decision-making.
• Economic Sustainability: We will seek to be profitable without compromising environmental and social sustainability. We will promote energy efficiency, the responsible acquisition of goods and services, support local economic development and ensure transparency and ethics in economic management.
We consider it essential to listen to and collaborate with our stakeholders, including employees, guests, suppliers, local authorities and the community in general. We will establish effective communication channels to receive feedback and continually improve our sustainability management.
We will keep all our stakeholders informed about our sustainability performance in a transparent and accurate manner, through our Sustainability Report.
